Meet with a Counselor for
Open Enrollment

If you still have questions, you can meet with our Medicare counselor for free, unbiased advice. They can help with:

  • Medicare plan enrollment or annual plan comparisons/reviews 
  • Urgent Medicare issues (billing, coverage, providers) that your plan or provider cannot resolve

Schedule for Dec 8 or later if your Medicare coverage starts in 2027 or if your issue is not urgent for Open Enrollment.

You MUST set up a Medicare.gov account before scheduling an appointment.

    1. You will need your red, white, and blue Medicare card
    2. Use a trusted personal email address
    3. Set up two-step verification

Clients will be asked to reschedule if they arrive without login information. Appointment time cannot be used for account setup.

Bring the following to your appointment

  • Your red, white, and blue Medicare card
  • Your current health insurance card (if applicable)
  • A list of your medications (with dosages) and healthcare providers
  • Your Medicare.gov username and password (note: this is separate from your Social Security account)
