Medicare counseling

Our trained Medicare counselors offer free one-on-one counseling to educate, advocate, counsel and empower you to make informed healthcare benefit decisions. Call 801-229-3819 to speak with one of our trained counselors or make an appointment by clicking on the links below.

Medicare Open Enrollment is October 15 to December 7.

To prioritize urgent needs during this busy period, please refer to the provided links for answers to your questions before scheduling an appointment.

If you wish to compare plans with us or enroll in a Medicare plan through our office, you must set up a Medicare.gov account before scheduling an appointment. We only have limited time during your appointment to address your highest priorities so we ask that you come prepared. Please also review your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) which should have come in your mail by the end of September.

  1. Create a Medicare.gov account here
    1. You will need your red, white, and blue Medicare card
    2. You will need to use a confidential, personal email address
    3. You will need to set up Multi Factor Authentication

  2. Review your Annual Notice of Change
    1. Please watch for your Annual Notice of Change from your insurer, which will be sent before October 15, 2025. This notice will include information about benefits that are affected. Before you enroll in a plan, we recommend reviewing your plan’s benefits to ensure they meet your health and financial needs.
