Amended posting date: March 24, 2025

MAG MPO is seeking qualified and experienced consulting firm(s) to lead the development of a federally compliant and MAG MPO Board-adopted 2027 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). The following changes have been made from the original RFP:

  1. The Zoom Link (on page 3) for the pre-proposal conference (scheduled Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 1 p.m MT) was updated to fix the original broken link.
  2. The "Project Understanding, Approach, and Schedule" section of the MAG Guidelines for Preparing Proposals on page 20 was updated to clarify expectations for this section.
  3.  The maximum length of proposals has been updated to 30 pages (not including cover, cover letter, and resumes) to clear up confusion due to some text stating a limit of 25 pages and other text stating a limit of 30 pages.

For all technical planning, studies, and modeling activities, MAG and the Wasatch Front Regional Council (WFRC) maintain a pool of pre-qualified consultants to select from. This pool operates on a three-year cycle, with a new request for qualifications (RFQ) published each fall (typically in October).
