Stress-Busting for Caregivers

Learn to take better care of yourself while providing care for someone else. This course teaches proven stress-reducing techniques for those caring for someone with a chronic illness or dementia. This free workshop consists of 90-minute sessions that are held once per week for nine weeks. 

Caregivers who have completed the program feel significantly lower stress, depression, and anxiety, and are able to enjoy a better quality of life. They have also experienced improvement in their ability to relax, manage stress, and feel better about themselves.

The Stress-Busting class teaches you:

  • The impact of stress on your health and how it relates to caregiving
  • How to deal with stress through relaxation techniques and problem solving
  • How to care for yourself while providing better care for your loved one

All class material will be provided for free to participants.
